Dean Clough Ltd has supported the Focus on Food Campaign since it began. The company runs a thriving and varied business community and arts centre, housed in a former carpet mill in Halifax, West Yorkshire, from which it takes its name. Dean Clough sponsors many of Focus on Food’s events and activities. The Focus on Food Campaign has its administrative headquarters at Dean Clough.
Dean Clough is a nationally renowned landmark. Measuring two-thirds of a mile, it once hosted the largest carpet manufacturer in the world and since 1983 has come to be celebrated as a model of regeneration. Its 15 substantial buildings house over 150 companies including hotel and leisure facilities, restaurants, shops, galleries and a day nursery.
