Scottish Government
The Scottish Government (formerly Scottish Executive) is responsible for most of the issues of day-to-day concern to the people of Scotland, including health, education, justice, rural affairs, and transport.
In 2001 the then Scottish Executive funded the initial pilot project that led to the establishment of the Focus on Food Scotland initiative which is being delivered by Focus on Food and North Lanarkshire Council. (Please see North Lanarkshire Council for details.)
Focus on Food is currently working with the Scottish Government’s Food and Health Team to secure a dedicated Cooking Bus for Scotland.
